Young Learners love FUN English language learning activities and that is just what you can expect from INTERNATIONAL HOUSE Young Learners Paradise Bay, ALL INCLUSIVE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMME. Our Young Learner centre offers a variety of activities and facilities in a GREAT LOCATION and you are sure to have a fun learning EXPERIENCE. We run two completely SEPARATE programmes, one for Juniors (10- 13yrs) and another for Teens (14 – 16 yrs).

INTERNATIONAL HOUSE Malta-Gozo has been in operation since 2001. INTERNATIONAL HOUSE Young Learners fully residential programme is offered at the Paradise Bay Resort Hotel. The resort is conveniently located in the north of the island 100m from the sea. The resort has two tennis courts, three outdoor swimming pools, an indoor pool, volleyball court, private sandy beach, terraces, diving school and sun decks. All the classrooms are light and airy and are air-conditioned. The centre offers a safe and secure environment for both teens and juniors to learn and improve their English. The residential package includes accommodation, general English lessons (20 per week) and a full week leisure activity programme. The students have 24 hour supervision and are not allowed to leave the premises unaccompanied.

 Leisure Activities

Two programmes run consecutively for the two DIFFERENT age groups (Juniors 10 – 13 years and  Teens 14 – 16 years). The majority of the activities are compulsory, whilst some of the on-site activities are optional. Students can choose to join the optional activity or take free time on the premises. Facilities available include: two tennis courts, three outdoor pools, a large indoor pool, terraces and sun decks, a games room and an internet point. A private sandy beach with water sports during the Summer months and the Gold Palm Diving School operating all year round with PADI qualified diving instructors.

 Accommodation

Students’ rooms are all located in the south wing of the Paradise Bay leisure resort. Each room includes TV, radio, direct dial touch-tone telephone (incoming calls only), ensuite bathroom with a shower fitting over the bath. All the hotel rooms are standard rooms, fully air-conditioned and have a BALCONY WITH SEA VIEW. In order to get the students to interact we allocate 3 to 4 per room. Our campus supervisors are on-site 24hrs a day to make sure all students’ NEEDS are met throughout their stay. At no time are the students allowed to leave the premises unaccompanied.

Lessons

Lessons take place at the resort, in 4 SPACIOUS and airy classrooms which are fully equipped with boards, tables and chairs. A huge air-conditioned assembly hall is also used for MULTIPURPOSE activities (e.g. testing, on-site activities). Levels of English accepted: Elementary to Upper Intermediate.

• The teaching programme is based on projects, activities, tasks and topics designed to give students confidence in speaking English
